About the role:

The Academy for Experiential Learning (AEL) invites applications from Certified Mountaineering Instructors with extensive experience in facilitating activities such as Rock Climbing, Zip-Lining, Rappelling, Water Rappelling, Jumaring, Bouldering, Commando Climbing, Traverse Crossing, Natural Climbing, and Trekking. We seek individuals with an excellent track record based in or near the following locations for empanelment as Rock Climbing Instructors.

Responsibilities:

• Conducted and led rock climbing and related outdoor activities.
• Ensure the safety of all participants through diligent supervision and risk management.
• Provide instruction and guidance to participants, fostering skills development and confidence.
• Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Collaborate with the AEL team to deliver exceptional outdoor training programs.

Requirements:

• Certification in Mountaineering or a related field.
• Significant experience in various climbing and outdoor activities.
• Strong safety awareness and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent facilitation and instructional abilities.
• Ability to engage and motivate participants of all skill levels.
